InPost lockers against Evri ParcelShops for Vinted and eBay sellers: drop-off, prices by size or weight, tracking and cover compared.
The short answer
Pick InPost when a locker is near you and the buyer chose locker delivery: it starts at £1.99 locker to locker in our postage data and needs no printer. Pick Evri when there is no locker nearby, when you want a driver to collect, or when the buyer picked Evri at checkout.

The guide
Each step in the order you'll need it.
Lockers and shops
InPost passed 15,000 UK lockers in June 2026, and its former Yodel stores now take drop-offs as InPost Shops. You scan a code, put the parcel in the compartment that opens and close the door.
Evri says its ParcelShops sit in more than 9,000 local businesses, and it has added lockers of its own. A shop counter can print your label, but it closes when the shop does.
Size against weight
InPost prices by compartment: a small slot is 8 cm deep, a medium 19 cm, a large 41 cm, all 38 × 64 cm across and up to 15 kg. A heavy pair of boots costs the same as a T-shirt if both fit the same slot.
Evri prices by weight and dimensions. Its small parcel band covers 45 × 35 × 16 cm and up to 2 kg, which suits most folded clothing.
Cover and claims
An InPost label bought in its app includes cover up to £50. A label bought through Vinted or another marketplace follows that platform's terms, so check there first.
Evri includes cover up to £20 on parcels, but none on its letterbox Postable service. Keep your proof of postage for either carrier.
Vinted and eBay labels
Vinted lists both carriers among its shipping options, and the buyer's choice at checkout decides which label you get. Turn on the carriers you can reach in your shipping settings.
eBay's label tool sells both too. Evri labels there can come as a QR code, while eBay names Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel and DPD as its QR carriers, so check how your InPost label arrives.
