01

Who we are

The controller of your personal data is KHSH Holdings Ltd. Contact us at hello@sellersetups.com about anything in this notice.

02

Data we collect

  • Server logs. When you load a page, our host (Vercel Inc.) records technical details of the request: IP address, browser and device type, the page asked for, the referring page and the time. These keep the site running and secure.
  • Page view statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page, the referring site, the country, and browser, device and operating system type. It tells visitors apart by a hash of the request that resets every day, so it can't follow you from one day to the next.
  • Click counts. When you follow a product link through /go/, we record an event with the product, the retailer, the market, the language and the page you came from, through the same analytics service. We don't record who you are.
  • Emails. If you write to us, we keep your email address, your message and our reply.

We don't collect names, addresses or payment details, and we don't build profiles of visitors.

03

Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) for server logs, page view statistics and click counts: keeping the site secure and learning which pages and recommendations help sellers. The data is minimal and doesn't identify you by name, so we consider that it doesn't override your interests.

For emails we also rely on legitimate interests: answering you and keeping a record of corrections. If you make a privacy request, we process it to meet our legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

04

Who receives it

Vercel Inc. hosts the site and provides the analytics, acting as our processor. It processes data in the United States and other countries, protected by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.

Our email provider holds messages you send us. We don't sell or share personal data with anyone else, and we don't pass your details to retailers.

When you follow a link to a retailer such as Amazon, you leave our site. The retailer's own privacy and cookie notices then apply, and it may set cookies to credit us with the sale.

05

How long we keep it

  • Server logs: kept by our host for a short period, normally no more than 30 days.
  • Page view statistics and click counts: kept in aggregate in the analytics dashboard, with no means of identifying a visitor.
  • Emails: up to two years after the conversation ends, then deleted, unless a correction or complaint needs a longer record.
06

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and move it to another service. Email us to make a request. We reply within one month and don't charge.

We can't link most of what we hold back to you. If you ask about it, we'll explain what we can and can't find.

07

Complaints

Contact us first and we will try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
