Crosslist suits you if you sell on eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy or Facebook Marketplace and want one place to copy items between them.
It works for toys and home goods moving between eBay and Etsy as well as for vintage clothing.
If you only sell on one site, you don't need it yet. Start once a second marketplace starts bringing sales.

Crosslist lists eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Whatnot, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed, Shopify and WooCommerce among its marketplaces. Its marketplace page has the current list.
Autodelist removes or reduces quantity on your other listings when an item sells, and Crosslist's docs say it needs the Gold or Diamond plan. Budget for that tier if you want to prevent double sales.
It handles quantity, so five of the same item can sell across sites, with the count dropping on each sale. Plan limits are on Crosslist's current pricing page.
Your first week of crosslisting
Connect your main marketplace first and import your active listings. Pick a small group of items, crosslist them to one new site and review category, condition and shipping settings before you go further.
Set shipping in each site's own options. Poshmark and Mercari handle labels their own way, and Crosslist copies the listing but not what your buyer pays to ship.
Put a short location code in the SKU field. When an item sells and autodelist ends the other listings, use that code to find it on your shelves.

Matching a Crosslist plan to your volume
Write down your monthly listing count and your marketplaces before comparing plans. Crosslisting between two sites at under ten items a week, a lower plan without autodelist plus a daily manual check may be enough.
At ten or more items a week, pay for autodelist. A double sale means refunding a buyer for an item you no longer have, and some marketplaces count the cancellation against your seller stats.
Review the plan after three months. Drop any marketplace that is not selling, and see whether a lower tier covers the rest.
Common mistakes
Each one costs you money or reviews, and each has a fix.
- Lower plans skip autodelist, which leaves double sales possible across sites.
- Autodelist needs the Gold or Diamond tier, so check the plan before you rely on it.
- Set shipping options on each site before you crosslist, or buyers see the wrong shipping costs.
- If Crosslist maps an item to the wrong category, buyers won't find it, so review the first batch on each site.
- Enter the true count for multiples in Crosslist. If you leave the quantity out, you can sell more units than you have.
