At five or more boxes a session, the gun finds the roll end, holds tension and cuts the strip, so sealing takes a two-second pull. If you ship clothes in poly mailers and nothing else, skip it. A sneaker reseller, a toy seller or anyone shipping electronics in double-wall boxes will use it daily. ## Metal frames, tension knobs and blade guards Choose a metal frame and a handle that takes 2-inch rolls on a 3-inch core, the standard size for packing tape in the US.
