# Terms of use for Seller Setups

> The terms for using Seller Setups: information only, no professional advice, affiliate links, how accurate the content is, liability, and English law.

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Seller Setups, run by KHSH Holdings Ltd. By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.

## Using the site

You can read, print and share pages for your own use and link to any page. Please don't copy the site's content in bulk, republish it as your own, or use automated tools in a way that slows the site for others. The markdown version of each page is there for reading by people and AI tools, under the same terms.

The text, layouts and images on the site belong to Seller Setups unless stated otherwise. Platform, retailer and product names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify them.

## No professional advice

The site gives general information about kit, packaging and posting for home sellers. It isn't tax, legal, financial or business advice. Check rules that affect you with HMRC, Royal Mail, the platform you sell on or a qualified adviser before you rely on them.

## Affiliate links and retailers

Product links take you to other companies' sites, and some earn us commission (see the [affiliate disclosure](https://sellersetups.com/affiliate-disclosure)). Your purchase is a contract between you and the retailer. We aren't responsible for retailers' products, prices, delivery, returns or sites.

## Accuracy

We research and check the content, and fix errors when we find them or you report them. Prices are typical bands, not live prices, and products, platform rules and postage limits change. We can't promise every detail is complete or current when you read it.

## Liability

The site is free and provided as it is. We aren't liable for any loss that comes from relying on its content, from a retailer's product or service, or from the site being unavailable, as far as the law allows.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us exclude. Your rights as a consumer under UK law are unaffected.

## Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version on the site when you use it applies.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
