# List Perfectly

> Crosslisting tool that copies listings between eBay, Vinted, Depop and more.

- Cross-listing, Best value
- Platforms: eBay, Vinted, Depop, Etsy, Whatnot
- Orders a week: 0–2000
- Not yet checked by a person

Suits a clothing reseller who keeps one stock list and pushes it to Vinted, eBay and Depop. It also supports Whatnot and Etsy, so one listing can follow an item across platforms.

## Who List Perfectly suits

List Perfectly suits you if you resell clothing and accessories, add a steady flow of one-off items and want one catalogue feeding eBay, Depop, Etsy and other sites. It grew up around fashion resale, and the tooling shows it.

Your weekly volume decides the value. At ten pieces a week, copying and pasting by hand stays bearable; at sixty a week, the tool saves you whole evenings.

Vinted does not appear in its auto delist list, so the fit is weaker if Vinted is your main channel. If you go ahead, plan a manual check for Vinted sales.

## Plan tiers and auto delist coverage

List Perfectly offers two routes: copy a listing straight from one marketplace to another, or build items in its own catalogue and post from there. The catalogue route gives you one master record per item, which helps once you pass a few hundred items.

Auto Delist covers eBay, Etsy, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed, Vestiaire Collective and Shopify, along with US sites. Marketplace support changes, so confirm the current list on its help pages.

Plans differ by item limits and by the automation included. The lowest tiers may leave out auto delist, so compare its current pricing page against the tier you pick.

## Importing your first shop and coding rails

Import your biggest shop first, usually eBay, so your catalogue begins full. Then crosspost a batch of ten items to a second site and check titles, sizes and photos before you push the rest.

Put a rail or tub code in the SKU or notes field. With a code such as R2-14 for rail two, hanger fourteen, you pull a sold dress in seconds.

Set a daily time for sales checks, ideally before you print labels. Delist on the other sites first, then pack, so a late buyer on another platform cannot pay for the same coat.

## Vendoo, Crosslist or Sortly instead

Pick Vendoo if you want Vinted in the mix and prefer a cleaner dashboard with sales analytics. It also covers Whatnot, useful if you run live shows.

Crosslist is the lighter, lower-priced option for eBay, Depop and Etsy if you can leave Vinted out. Choose it for fewer settings to learn.

If your problem is finding stock, Sortly tracks which tub holds each item and pairs with any crosslister.

## Weekly catalogue upkeep

Archive sold items each week so your catalogue matches the rail. Old sales slow your searches and count against your plan's item limit.

Write titles for the strictest marketplace first. eBay rewards brand, item type, size and colour early in the title, and that format reads fine on Depop and Etsy too.

Recheck prices before you crosspost older stock. An item that sat for 90 days on eBay may need a lower price on a second site instead of a straight copy.

## Common mistakes

- Test ten items before you crosspost the whole shop. A full first push copies one template error onto every site.
- Auto delist does not cover Vinted, so a Vinted sale can leave the same item live elsewhere. Check Vinted sales by hand each day.
- Sold items left in the catalogue count against your plan limit; archive them weekly.
- The lowest tier can leave you delisting by hand. Confirm auto delist is included before you pay.
- US-style sizing confuses UK buyers, so set UK sizes in the master record.

## Questions

### Can List Perfectly post to Vinted?

List Perfectly publishes a guide to crosslisting to Vinted. Vinted is missing from its auto delist list, so you remove Vinted listings yourself when an item sells elsewhere.

### Do I have to build every listing inside List Perfectly?

No. You can copy straight from one marketplace to another, or keep a master catalogue in List Perfectly and post from that.

### Does it work for Whatnot and Etsy?

Both appear among its supported marketplaces. Its help pages list which fields carry across.

### Is List Perfectly worth it for 10 items a week?

That depends on how many sites you use. Ten items on three platforms makes thirty listings, the point where the time saving usually starts to show.

### Can I cancel and keep my listings?

Listings already posted stay on those marketplaces. Its terms set out what happens to your catalogue data after you cancel.
